Miss Emily’s Grounds
…. If you just want to relax and do nothing, there is no better place than at Miss Emily’s. Let us take the strain whilst you relax on the back deck or sit at your leisure in the newly renovated original screened-in porch.
Sit in the shade of the grand Magnolia tree or just enjoy the house and grounds at your leisure.
For birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts, Miss Emily’s, surrounded by hardwood trees, Walnut, Oak, Cedar and Holly, is a perfect spot. Often visited by broad winged and red hawks and last year, a bald eagle caused quite a stir!! Watch for the groundhogs to make an appearance or for the deer to come out and entertain you.

Dining at Miss Emily’s
Our overnight guests enjoy the option of a three course evening dinner with advanced notice. Enjoy a succulent Roast of Beef with traditional Yorkshire Puddings and braised parsnips or stuffed Roast Loin of Pork and all the trimmings – delicious!
